Cancellation Policy – 2024 HEAL Conference

If you have registered for the 2024 HEAL Conference and choose to cancel your registration, we must have your request in writing. Written notices of cancellation should be sent to thehealassociation@gmail.com

 Cancellation requests received by April 15, 2024 at 11:59 p.m. ET will be refunded at full payment less a $50 cancellation fee.

Cancellation requests received between April 16 and April 26, 2024 at 11:59 p.m. ET will be refunded at 50% the fee originally paid.

Cancellation requests received on or after April 27, 2024 will not be refunded.
