Below you will find the current schedule for Live Sessions, followed by a list of On Demand programming.
Live sessions will occur at various times throughout the scheduled conference days (February 24-26) and will be recorded for future access. These will include Roundtable Discussions, Poster Sessions, and Chat Rooms. Zoom Meetings is the virtual platform that will be used (see below). On Demand presentations are pre-recorded and will remain available to all paid registrants on the conference website, allowing 24/7 access.
Schedule details for the live events will be updated frequently as changes occur.

Zoom
All live sessions will occur on Zoom as our virtual platform. For the best experience and to be able to self-select breakout rooms, make sure to download the most recent version!
Once you enter the Zoom meeting, breakout rooms will be used to access concurrent sessions. In the case of a single roundtable session, the session will occur in the main Zoom room.
Contact Hours
To receive contact hours, end of session surveys must be completed by March 26, 2021. Contact hours will be calculated and certificates will be emailed during the month of April.
Contact your credentialing agency for licensure requirements.
Certificates will not be processed for content completed after March 26, 2021.

Zoom Tips & “Zetiquette”
FOR PARTICIPANTS
By now most people are familiar with the use of Zoom and “Zetiquette!” But here are some reminders and tips:
- Mute yourself until you’re ready to speak.
- Show us your face! Turn your camera on to enjoy the social benefit of the conference.
- You participants can switch from Speaker View to Gallery View to see all the others as Brady Bunch “tiles”.
- Please feel free to use the chat feature or “raise your hand” feature. Breakout sessions will be moderated so your question will get to the presenter(s).
- If you’re having trouble, click the “ask for help” button to contact the conference chairs.
- Be sure to use full screen view to be able to see all menus.

We will be using Zoom Meeting as the virtual platform for the HEAL Virtual Conference. To accommodate multiple roundtable sessions and chat rooms, we will use the breakout room function. To participate with a seamless experience and ability to self select breakout rooms, an updated version of zoom is necessary. Participants not joined with the desktop or mobile app (version 5.3.0 or higher) will not be able to self-select a breakout room.
